A word on insurance

Dealing with insurance annoys us, it has become a necessary reality to take a huge discount while some executive gets to fly around in a private jet and you get a denial letter in your mailbox a few weeks after your otherwise pleasant visit and the whole vicious circle begins again.

It is your responsibility to understand how your plan(s) work and what is covered. If you have questions about your plan, call the number on your insurance card. By understanding how your plan(s) work, your office visits will be more pleasant and productive

A vision plan provides for a routine examination and refractive measurement of the eyes. We recommend this every 1-2 years, after losing/breaking your glasses or running out of contact lenses.

A Vision Plan Covers the following:
Myopia (nearsighted)
Hyperopia (farsighted)
Presbyopia (difficulty focusing)
Astigmatism
Computer vision syndrome
Ophthalmic Lenses
Frames
Contact lenses
